| Q: How good are these clubs? |
A: They are of similar quality to mid-range sets which sell in the $750-$1000 price bracket.

| Q: How can you sell them so much cheaper? |
A: We design the clubs and buy them direct from the manufacturer. We have no agents, distributors or salesmen. We do not advertise in the press or on television. We do not sponsor players or tournaments. All these costs comprise more than half the retail cost of a set of "big name" clubs, so that's why we can sell at "half price".

Q: I am buying a set of golf clubs that I haven't seen.
What if I don't like them? |
A: If you don't like your new clubs, you have 14 days to return them for a full refund, less the freight costs. In the 5 years we have been selling these sets direct to the public, NOT ONE purchaser has asked for a refund!

| Q: Do these sets carry a warranty? |
A: Absolutely! if any club becomes faulty within 90 days during normal use, we will replace the faulty club. The number of warranty claims is less than 2% of sales.

| Q: Are the irons heads alloy, or stainless steel? |
A: All our St Andrews and Panther irons have 431 Stainless Steel heads. Alloy heads are used by some manufacturers, but it is our view that alloy heads will not stand up to Australian conditions. By using Stainless Steel we can be sure that you enjoy many years of trouble free golf.

| Q: I am a novice golfer, are these sets suitable for me? |
A: Absolutely! These sets are perfect for the absolute beginner, and you will still be using them when your handicap is down to 10 or 12.

| Q: What sort of height range can they be suitable for? |
A: We have players using our sets from 5'0" to 6'2".

| Q: What if I am shorter or taller? |
A: The clubs can be lengthened or shortened, but we would not advise it as it changes the characteristics of the clubs. If they are outside our recommended range you will probably need to have a set made especially for you.

| Q: Do you have a selection of colors of the bags I can choose from? |
A: In order to offer great prices we purchase in bulk. The bag color is as shown on the adverts.

| Q: Do you have any Left Handed Sets? |
A: At the moment we do not have any Left Handed Sets.

| Q: I see you have free eBooks. What is an eBook? |
A: An eBook is and electronic book that you download from your computer. When you purchase you will be given a download link that you copy and paste into your web browser and the page will open. You can click and download to your computer. You can then read directly from your computer or if you choose – you can print off.
